The V20 1P13P 1C11 hydraulic vane pump is produced by Vickers for the Square Vane Pumps series and supplies fixed flow to automated hydraulic circuits. The displacement sits at 42.5 cm³ per revolution (2.59 in³ per revolution), so each shaft turn transfers a predictable oil volume. At 1200 rpm and 100 psi it provides a rated delivery of 13 US gpm, supporting medium-size actuators. Continuous duty remains stable up to a maximum operating pressure of 152 bar (2200 psi). The pump is built for clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft end and tolerates speeds up to 2400 rpm. A 0.625 in (15.88 mm) shaft diameter matches standard couplings, while a key width of 0.1875 in (4.76 mm) locks the drive. Fluid enters through a 1.25 in NPT inlet port sized to minimize suction loss.
Oil exits through a 0.750 in NPT outlet port, and the port orientation is in line with the inlet to simplify rigid pipe layouts. The inlet side accepts up to 0.7 bar (10 psi) positive pressure and withstands vacuum levels down to 5 inHg to avoid cavitation during cold starts. Mounting uses an SAE A 2-bolt flange, guided by a pilot diameter of 3.250 in (82.55 mm) for precise centering. Holes bored to 0.437 in (11.1 mm) accommodate standard fasteners that secure the housing against vibration. These mechanical and hydraulic limits allow the pump to maintain alignment, contain operating loads, and integrate cleanly into equipment frames.
