The V10F 1P7P 1C10F 20 LH pump is produced by Vickers as part of the Square Vane Pumps series and is used to supply controlled flow in hydraulic automation circuits. Its geometric displacement is 22.8 cm³ per revolution (1.39 in³ per revolution), defining the volume moved each shaft turn. At 1200 rpm and 100 psi, the unit provides a rated capacity of 7 US gpm for medium-duty machinery. The casing withstands a maximum operating pressure of 138 bar (2000 psi) to suit systems that operate in the mid-pressure range. Shaft rotation is counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft end, allowing direct coupling to CCW prime movers. Mounting is handled by a 2-bolt flange so installation on standard frames is straightforward. Fluid enters through a 1-in NPT inlet port located on the housing.
The inlet can accept up to 0.7 bar (10 psi) of positive pressure to guard against cavitation, and it will tolerate a vacuum down to 5 in Hg when drawing from an elevated reservoir. The outlet port sits in line with the inlet in position C, simplifying straight-through manifold layouts. Discharge flow is carried by a 3/4-16 UN O-ring pressure port that provides reliable sealing under load. An internal relief valve opens at 100 bar (1500 psi) to protect downstream components from overload conditions. Return fluid exits through a 1/2-in NPT tank port, completing the circuit back to the reservoir.
