V10 1P2P 1C20

The V10 1P2P 1C20 vane pump is manufactured by Vickers and belongs to the Square Vane Pumps series. It supplies fixed-volume hydraulic flow for automation circuits. A displacement of 6.6 cm³ per revolution (0.40 in³/r) determines how much fluid moves each cycle, giving predictable actuator speed. At 1200 r/min with 7 bar backpressure, the pump provides a rated delivery of 2 US gpm, suitable for light-duty control loops. Its maximum working pressure of 172 bar (2500 psi) sets the load limit for safe operation. Right-hand clockwise rotation aligns with standard engine drives. A two-bolt SAE A flange supplies the mounting interface for direct coupling to prime movers.

The inlet connection is a 1 in NPT thread that reduces suction losses, while the outlet uses a 0.5 in NPT thread to match common pressure lines. Both ports sit inline with each other, simplifying rigid tube layouts in compact power packs. A 1.75 in shaft extension projects beyond the housing so a coupling or pulley can be fastened without interference.
