The V10 1P1P 1D20 vane pump belongs to the Square Vane Pumps series from Vickers and supplies controlled hydraulic flow for industrial automation. It displaces 3.3 cm³ per revolution (0.20 in³ per rev), and at 1200 rpm and 100 psi it produces a rated capacity of 1 US gpm to drive low-volume circuits. A maximum operating pressure of 172 bar (2500 psi) allows the unit to support cylinders and motors in moderate-pressure systems. Rotation is right-hand, viewed clockwise from the shaft end, matching common engine or motor drives. A 2-bolt SAE A flange locates the pump, while a 0.75 in shaft that extends 1.75 in carries torque to the rotor. Fluid enters through a 1 in NPT threaded inlet and exits a 1/2 in NPT threaded outlet set 90° clockwise from the inlet, a layout that simplifies hose routing inside compact manifolds. The suction side withstands up to 5 in Hg vacuum, letting the reservoir sit below the pump without loss of prime, and it also accepts a supercharge of 0.7 bar (10 psi) when a boost source is present. This inlet window keeps the pumping elements supplied under varying tank heights and fluid temperatures, preserving volumetric efficiency. The fixed port orientation eliminates the need for field adjustment, while the previously noted flange mount maintains alignment so internal wear remains low over extended service.
