The F3 V20F 1S11S 38D70 22 0 pump is manufactured by Vickers for the Square Vane Pumps series. It is provided for hydraulic automation where a compact vane element delivers steady oil displacement. A sealed bearing supports the rotor and limits ingress of contaminants. The housing is prepared for a 2-bolt SAE A flange so users can mount the unit directly to standard power take-offs. Under nominal conditions the pump supplies 11 US gallons per minute at 1200 rpm and 100 psi, giving predictable flow to downstream actuators. Internal protection is supplied by a relief valve adjusted to open at 70 bar, preventing excessive pressure. Power is transmitted through an 11-tooth 16/32 DP flat-root spline that mates with common drive shafts, and a single-lip shaft seal retains the working fluid at the front end.

The flow control valve cover manages bypass flow and integrates with remote compensation circuits. Fluid enters through an inlet port machined for a 1.625-12 UN-2B thread, allowing use of standard SAE straight-thread adapters. The outlet port is positioned 90 degrees clockwise from the inlet so that right-hand piping layouts are accommodated inside tight equipment frames. Discharge piping threads into a 0.750-16 UN-2B pressure port, and excess fluid returning to tank exits through a 1.0625-12 UN-2B connection, keeping all service interfaces within familiar thread sizes. Together these features complete the hydraulic path while maintaining compact geometry on the square vane body.
