The SM420(6.1)2320/20010S35 servo valve belongs to the Servo Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers for hydraulic automation systems that require precise flow control. A four-way control function routes fluid to either side of a cylinder or motor to reverse movement on demand. Each coil shows 20 Ω of resistance, and the driver supplies 200 mA per coil to achieve full spool displacement; when the coils are wired in series the required current drops to 100 mA. An MS-3106-14S-2S four-pin connector provides the electrical interface, while the b-port polarity choices of A+, B- or C+, D- allow technicians to match valve stroke with controller outputs.
Supply pressure can range from 14 bar to 210 bar, enabling the valve to serve low-pressure test rigs and 3000 psi production circuits alike. A 35 µm absolute pilot filter protects the pilot stage from particles that would disturb null positioning. Internal components withstand fluid temperatures up to 135 °C, supporting operation near heat-intensive machinery. The mounting pattern uses a 22.2 mm port circle, and each port seals with an AS568-013 O-ring that features a 1.78 mm cross-section and a 10.82 mm inside diameter to prevent external leakage.
