Mechanical strength is confirmed by a proof pressure on the supply side of 150 % of the 3000 psi limit and a proof pressure on the return side equal to 100 % of that limit. The return port also tolerates a burst pressure of 250 % of the maximum supply pressure, adding reserve against transient surges. Loop tuning benefits from a 90° phase crossover frequency of 150 Hz, which keeps phase lag low at higher command rates. Together, these dimensional and pressure capabilities align the valve with high-bandwidth hydraulic positioning systems.
