The 1PSC100-P-7-S-XXX valve belongs to the Sequence and Unloading Valves series produced by Vickers and is intended to control circuit sequencing in hydraulic automation. The unit features an external adjustment so service personnel can set the desired pressure without removing the cartridge. It is sized for cavity A880, allowing drop-in assembly in standardized manifolds. An external drain routes pilot flow directly to tank, preventing pressure buildup behind the spool, while an internal pilot monitors system pressure to initiate unloading at the correct point. The standard pressure setting is 35 bar (510 psi) but the construction tolerates a rated pressure of 350 bar for high-duty installations. Three valve ports separate inlet, work, and drain functions to simplify plumbing layouts, and the cartridge weight of 0.17 kg keeps handling effort low during machine service.

During installation the cartridge should be tightened to 60 Nm to maintain thread engagement and seal compression. At 280 bar the design limits leakage to 35 ml/min, supporting efficiency targets in closed circuits. A rated flow capacity of 150 l/min permits use in medium-to-high volume lines, while a setting flow of 14 l/min provides the pilot flow required to stabilize the pressure adjustment. Reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 is free, enabling backflow without an additional check valve when circuits depressurize. Buna-N seals are fitted to ensure compatibility with common petroleum-based fluids and to contain internal pressure. Together these characteristics give the valve predictable sequencing performance and straightforward integration in automated hydraulic systems.
