The TCG62-06-CVY-B-PL-T relief valve is manufactured by Vickers for the Relief Valves series and maintains safe pressure levels in hydraulic automation systems. It fits size 06 cavities and relies on gasket mounting to seal against the manifold surface. A main knob adjuster sets the primary relief point up to 14 MPa, while the 2 pressure plus unload control mode lets the valve alternate between two preset limits or fully unload the pump. High venting accelerates pressure decay after unloading, and an external drain returns excess fluid directly to tank to prevent back pressure inside the housing.
The unit tolerates continuous system pressures up to 21 MPa and operates across flows from 5 L/min minimum to 200 L/min maximum, covering a broad range of medium-capacity circuits. A separate knob on the R-side offers remote tuning with a ceiling of 7 MPa so secondary branches can be protected without disturbing the main setting. Compatibility with mineral oil or water-glycol allows use in standard or fire-resistant installations. Four M16 or 5/8-11 UNC bolts secure the 10.9 kg body, giving stable attachment on manifolds exposed to vibration.
