The TCG61-03-C-C-P7-H-12 is produced by Vickers within the Relief Valves series for automated hydraulic circuits, where it limits line pressure by diverting excess flow to tank. Its main stage can be adjusted up to 14 MPa so operators can set an exact relief point for medium-pressure systems, and two separate pressure control stages maintain stable operation under fluctuating loads. A low vent pressure design helps the spool reseat quickly after an overload. Gasket mounting lets the unit bolt directly to a manifold, and the size 03 envelope fits compact power packs. Internal drainage returns oil through the body to eliminate an external drain port.
The energized solenoid runs on 24 V DC and draws 28 W, delivering reliable shifting from common machine-control supplies. Plug-in solenoids with a G 1/2 connection simplify wiring, while an indicator lamp and surge suppressor confirm coil status and protect it from voltage spikes. Compatible media include mineral oil or water-glycol, supporting both standard and fire-resistant circuits. The design passes up to 50 L/min but still functions with flows as low as 3 L/min, and its housing tolerates working pressures to 21 MPa. A weight of 8.4 kg allows one person to position the valve during installation.
