The TCG50-06-FEV-P7-H-12-S10 relief valve is produced by Vickers as part of the Relief Valves series and is used to limit pressure in hydraulic automation loops. Valve size 06 defines the internal passages and aligns with mid-frame manifold layouts. A maximum flow capacity of 400 L/min lets the unit protect high-volume circuits, whereas a minimum operating flow of 5 L/min keeps the pilot stage stable during idle conditions. Continuous service is supported up to a working pressure of 21 MPa, and the pressure can be set to 3.5 MPa, 7 MPa, or 14 MPa to match individual branch requirements. The adjustment range extends to 21 MPa for full-system relief when needed. A high vent option enables remote unloading at elevated pressure, and gasket mounting seals the body directly to the manifold surface without separate O-ring plates.
The electromagnetic vent is energized by a 24 V DC coil, allowing direct connection to standard machine control power. Plug-in solenoid wiring speeds replacement because the coil can be uncoupled without removing terminal hardware. An internal drain routes pilot oil back to the inlet cavity, so no external drain line is required. Port connection on the subplate uses an Rc 3/4 thread, and the valve mates with the CGM-06-10-JA-J subplate for consistent installation across Vickers manifolds. The assembly weighs 8.5 kg, providing enough mass for structural rigidity while remaining light enough for manual handling. These characteristics combine electronic actuation, simplified plumbing, and standardized mounting to integrate the valve smoothly into high-pressure hydraulic systems.
