The TCG50-06-F-P7-H-12-SH-S38 relief valve is produced by Vickers for the Relief Valves series and is intended to regulate system pressure in hydraulic automation. The valve size is 06, defining its subplate interface and flow capacity. Direct-current operation is supported by the power supply code D, and the coil voltage code H assigns a 24 V DC solenoid. Electrical wiring is completed through a plug-in conduit box with a G 1/2 entry, and the same G 1/2 port serves as the electrical connection. An indicator lamp and surge suppressor are integrated to show coil status and limit voltage spikes. The design incorporates a vent unload shockless function to reduce pressure without inducing shock. Four mounting bolts secure the body, each using an M16 × 85 hex-socket thread.
The hydraulic connection employs an Rc 3/4 subplate port that mates with the CGM-06-10-JA-J subplate. The main adjustable pressure reaches 21 MPa under code F, and the maximum working pressure is also 21 MPa, providing a full-range setting window. The valve passes up to 200 L/min and remains stable down to 5 L/min. Total mass is 8.5 kg for the TCG50/55-06 frame, allowing manual installation and service handling. These characteristics let the valve maintain consistent relief performance and safeguard components in medium-flow hydraulic circuits.
