The TCG50-06-CEV-PL-T-11-S10 relief valve comes from the Relief Valves series produced by Vickers to manage pressure in automated hydraulic systems. It handles mineral oil or water-glycol so the same unit can be used across common industrial fluid types. Solenoid actuation enables remote shifting, and the high vent option releases pressure rapidly when the coil is energized. Pressure is set with an acorn-nut square-head adjuster that technicians can lock after calibration. An internal drain routes leakage back to the inlet, removing the need for an external line. Electrical power reaches the solenoid through a G 1/2 connector that matches standard conduit fittings. The valve offers one pressure stage plus an unload function, letting circuits relieve load during idle periods, and the main spring can be tuned up to 14 MPa. Gasket mounting on a subplate is secured through a 16.7 mm hole, keeping installation straightforward.
When fastened to the CGM-06-10-JA-J subplate, the body aligns with Rc 3/4 ports and withstands a working pressure of 21 MPa, giving extra margin above its set range. Flow capacity reaches 200 L/min to suit high-volume circuits, yet stability is maintained down to 5 L/min for small-actuator protection. The assembly weighs 8.5 kg, allowing one person to handle or replace the valve during service intervals. These characteristics make the TCG50-06-CEV-PL-T-11-S10 fit for presses, power units, and other machinery that require reliable pressure control over wide flow and pressure ranges.
