The TCG2003BYD4L11 relief valve belongs to the Relief Valves series manufactured by Vickers and protects hydraulic circuits by opening when pressure exceeds a user-defined setpoint. A digital dial adjuster coded D4 allows tool-free setting, and the dial is oriented to the left for clear visibility in panel layouts. The unit accommodates nominal size 03 passages and uses a gasket-mount body. Maximum adjustable pressure reaches 7 MPa under code B, while the assembly tolerates a working pressure of 21 MPa. Stable regulation is retained down to 3 L/min thanks to the low vent pressure configuration supplied as standard. Mineral oil or water-glycol can be employed as the operating fluid, supporting both conventional and fire-resistant installations.
Flow capacity extends to 80 L/min to match medium-capacity pumps. An external drain, indicated by the Y suffix, diverts leakage through two Rc 1/4 ports, and system monitoring is possible through an additional Rc 1/4 pressure-gauge port. The subplate interface accepts an Rc 3/8 inlet, and four M12 × 80 mounting bolts secure the valve to the manifold. Overall weight is 4.8 kg, enabling a single technician to position the assembly during service.
