The CG5060AFVMFTWLB5100 relief valve is produced by Vickers as part of the Relief Valves series for hydraulic automation systems. It uses a solenoid-controlled pilot-operated relief mechanism to limit line pressure when an electrical signal is present. Valve size 06 keeps the footprint compact while remaining compatible with standard NG6 patterns. Manifold or subplate mounting offers flexibility in power unit layouts. The coil operates on 120 V AC at 60 Hz or 110 V AC at 50 Hz, allowing the same unit to be wired in different regions. A measured spool shift time of 12 ms helps the circuit vent rapidly once the coil is energized. Spring offset arrangement A keeps the pilot passage closed without power, and a high vent spring indicated by code V provides a dedicated vent path when the solenoid is de-energized to accelerate pressure decay.

Transient surges on the return line are acceptable to 155 bar, protecting the housing from tank shocks. Pressure range code F identifies the spring stack selected for these limits. A .4375-20 UNF-2B pilot/gauge port lets technicians attach diagnostic instruments or external pilot lines. Lead wire insulation is built to Class H so the coil can withstand high operating temperatures. The wiring housing uses a 1/2 NPT conduit entry with lights (WL), giving visual confirmation of coil status while maintaining an oil-tight seal.
