The Vickers CG5 060A F M U H7 110 is a relief valve from the Relief Valves series. It operates with a maximum rated pressure of 210 bar or 3000 psi and supports a maximum tank line peak of 155 bar or 2250 psi. The valve can handle a rated capacity of up to 227 liters per minute, equivalent to 60 US gallons per minute. It is designed for mounting on a subplate or manifold and allows unrestricted orientation during installation. The coil uses 24 V DC, with a coil holding current of 1.7 A, coil power of 41 W, and resistance of 13.9 ohms at 20°C. The pilot valve is a DG4V-3 high performance type with a spring offset pilot spring arrangement. Electrical connections are made through an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) connector. Internal sealing is done with fluorocarbon, while interface seals are made of Buna-N.
