The 0T 10 B 20 safety relief valve belongs to the Relief Valves series from Vickers and is intended to protect hydraulic systems by venting excess pressure. A steel body withstands high mechanical stress, while a spring-loaded poppet opens once the preset level is reached. The adjustable set range of 125 PSI to 1000 PSI lets technicians match the valve to different circuit limits, and automatic operation removes the need for external actuation. The unit mounts with a 1.250 in NPTF right-hand internal pipe thread, providing direct compatibility with standard manifold ports. Nitrile seals retain petroleum oils, water-glycol, or water-oil emulsions to broaden fluid options and maintain leakage control. The threaded internal pipe connection simplifies field replacement, and a painted surface shields the steel body from corrosion in exposed environments. Right-hand thread orientation across the NPTF series ensures consistent torque and avoids cross-threading during assembly.
