The PVM131ER13GS02AAE0020000CA0A piston pump is produced by Vickers within the PVM Code A Piston Pumps series for closed-loop hydraulic automation. It delivers 131.1 cm³ per revolution of displacement, giving a rated flow of 215 l/min when driven at 1800 rpm under 280 bar. The built-in pressure/flow compensated control maintains stable delivery across variable demand, and the unload valve opens at 20 bar to reduce idle power during standby. The unit operates safely at a nominal system pressure of 315 bar and can accept transient peaks up to 350 bar. A maximum speed of 1800 rpm with the e valve plate protects the rotating group from excessive tip velocity, and fluid temperatures may reach 104 °C without derating.
It turns clockwise and mounts on an SAE J744-127-4 C four-bolt flange, while an SAE B two- or four-bolt 13-tooth spline pad is provided for auxiliary mounting of a second pump. The primary drive is accepted through an SAE J744-44-1 straight keyed shaft, and the rotating assembly carries a moment of inertia of 0.0213 N·m·s² to limit startup torque. Main pressure and case drain connections are arranged on the side of the housing, and SAE J518 flange ports simplify integration with standard manifold blocks.
