The PVM098ER09GS02AAA0700000EA0A piston pump is manufactured by Vickers for the PVM Code A Piston Pumps series and supplies variable flow for industrial hydraulic automation. It uses a pressure compensator controller that reduces displacement when demand falls, with adjustment starting at 70 bar before reaching the nominal pressure of 315 bar. Displacement is 98.3 cm³ per revolution, delivering up to 179 l/min at the maximum speed of 1800 rpm. The pump can accept 88 kW at 280 bar and 1800 rpm. An SAE C straight keyed input shaft coded 09 carries the drive torque, and an SAE C four-bolt mounting flange aligns the housing with standard prime movers.
For brief overload events the pump tolerates a peak pressure of 350 bar and can transmit 464 Nm of torque at 280 bar to the drive coupling. Acceptable fluid viscosity spans from 16 cSt to 40 cSt, allowing operation as long as cleanliness is held to ISO 18/13. The inlet port is a 2.5 in SAE J518 flange that minimizes suction losses, and the delivery side terminates in a 1.0 in SAE J518 flange for straightforward connection to pressure lines. A dry mass of 55 kg permits handling with light lifting equipment during installation and service.
