The PVH131C RF 13SC 10 C25V 31 pump is produced by Vickers in the PVH and PVE Open-Circuit Piston Pumps series. Designed for hydraulic automation circuits, it supplies regulated flow and pressure to actuators and valves. Its variable displacement element moves 131.1 cm³ per revolution so the controller can match output to load requirements. A pressure compensator with load sense governs delivery; the load-sense differential is fixed at 20 bar to maintain a constant margin above circuit pressure, and the compensator setting limits outlet pressure to 250 bar. Nine pistons generate the pumping action with stable flow characteristics, while right-hand clockwise rotation suits engines and electric motors driving the unit.
Connection and mounting details support quick integration. The inlet port measures 2.50 in and the outlet port is 1-1/4 in, each provided on an SAE 4-bolt Code 61 flange for consistent hose attachment. A case drain is available through a .875-14 UNF-2B thread to relieve internal leakage oil. The pump fastens to power units with an SAE C 4-bolt J744-127-4 mounting flange. A shaft diameter of 38.1 mm and an extension length of 62.0 mm allow direct coupling to standard drive hubs, and a single shaft seal contains fluid within the housing.
