The PVB6-RSY-21-CC-11 piston pump is built by Vickers within the PVB Piston Pumps series for closed-loop hydraulic automation where stable pressure regulation is critical. It delivers 13.81 cm³ per revolution, or 0.84 in³ per revolution, providing a predictable flow rate for medium-duty circuits. Clockwise rotation matches right-hand prime mover shafts, simplifying direct coupling. A pressure compensator control keeps outlet pressure constant by trimming swashplate angle, so downstream actuators receive uniform pressure under varying demand. The adjustable maximum displacement stop denoted by the CC code lets technicians cap stroke length to suit system flow limits, while the minimum max-flow setting of 25 percent ensures the pump cannot be inadvertently restricted below a quarter of its rated output. The displacement zone identified as one side of center restricts piston travel to a single swashplate quadrant, which reduces response time in servo loops. A flange outside diameter of 130.0 mm establishes the mounting footprint for standard SAE C housings.
Inlet and outlet connections share an 11/16-12 UNF-2B SAE O-ring thread, giving a leak-tight interface for high-pressure hoses, whereas the case drain ports use a smaller 9/16-18 UNF-2B O-ring thread to return leakage oil to tank with minimal back pressure. Two case drain ports are provided so the installer can orient the housing without rotating the body. Four mounting holes bored to 11.1 mm accommodate M10 or 3/8-in bolts and align to the 82.55 mm pilot diameter that centers the pump in the drive pad. A shaft diameter of 19.05 mm transmits torque from electric motors up to the pump displacement without excessive torsional stress, and the 57.2 mm shaft extension length brings the keyway fully into the coupling hub. The 4.8 mm square by 25.4 mm key locks the shaft to the hub to prevent fretting during cyclic loads.
