The PVB5RSY20CM11 piston pump is produced by Vickers within the PVB Piston Pumps series and supplies pressurized hydraulic flow for machine automation circuits. Its geometric displacement is 10.55 cm³ per revolution, so each shaft turn delivers a predictable volume. At 1800 rpm the unit provides 18.9 L per minute (5.0 gpm), matching compact actuator groups. The pump is built for clockwise rotation; when oriented this way Port A serves as the inlet while Port B is the outlet, simplifying hose routing. The internal mechanism operates on one side of center, a layout that maintains linear control response. System pressure can be regulated up to 100 bar (1500 psi) under CM control, allowing moderate force transmission without overloading seals.
Two 9/16-18 UNF case drain ports with SAE O-ring seats return leakage oil to tank and purge air from the housing. Process piping attaches through 11/16-12 UNF threads, keeping all working connections to the same seal style. A SAE mounting flange and a pilot diameter of 82.55 mm align the body to standard motor adapters, while the 19.05 mm shaft engages keyed couplings directly. Operation is permitted between −20 °C and +70 °C ambient so the pump can remain in service on mobile or plant equipment exposed to seasonal swings. The hydraulic fluid must meet ISO 18/14 cleanliness to protect the piston group and extend service life.
