The PVB29-LSFW-20CM piston pump is manufactured by Vickers within the PVB Piston Pumps series and supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation systems. The unit rotates anticlockwise when viewed from the shaft end, and its one-side-of-center displacement zone governs swashplate travel for variable output. A CM pressure compensator adjusts the swash angle to hold pressure, while the geometric displacement is 61.6 cm³ per revolution. At a shaft speed of 1800 r/min the pump produces up to 109.7 L/min and is set to limit delivery at 100 bar. The inlet side tolerates a maximum pressure of 1.0 bar, and continuous operation at 1800 r/min keeps the drive within its mechanical rating.
Connection and mounting details facilitate installation. During left-hand rotation the inlet is on Port B and the outlet is on Port A, both using 1.625-12 UNF-2B SAE O-ring threads, while two case drain ports are tapped .750-16 UNF-2B. A 7.9 mm square by 31.7 mm long shaft key transmits torque to the coupling. The housing presents a 146.0 mm pilot surrounded by a 212.8 mm bolt circle, and the mounting holes are bored to 17.5 mm diameter. These mechanical features complete the hydraulic package and align the pump with standard industrial power units.
