The housing tolerates a pressure setting up to 140 bar, covering common industrial circuit requirements. Fluid and environmental limits govern reliable service. The pump works with mineral oil, water-glycol, or invert-emulsion fluids, allowing selection for fire resistance or cost control. Viscosity has to stay between 13 cSt and 220 cSt so hydrostatic bearings remain lubricated without excessive drag. Oil temperature may reach 80 °C, while water-based media must not exceed 54 °C to prevent seal damage. Ambient air can drop to −20 °C or rise to 70 °C, enabling use in refrigerated plants or hot process areas as long as fluid stays within the above limits.
