The PVB10-RSY-31CC11 piston pump is produced by Vickers for the PVB Piston Pumps series and serves hydraulic automation circuits by converting prime-mover torque into controlled oil flow. Its axial piston mechanism provides a geometric displacement of 21.10 cm³ per revolution, so fluid volume is proportional to shaft speed. At 1800 rpm the unit delivers a rated output of 37.5 L/min, supplying actuators without external throttling. A pressure-compensator control keeps line pressure steady and unloads the pump when demand drops. Continuous operation is allowed up to 210 bar, and reaching that pressure calls for as much as 29.4 kW of input power. Clockwise shaft rotation fits standard right-hand drive trains, while arranging the rotating group on one side of center simplifies internal port passages.
An adjustable displacement stop included with the C option lets technicians cap maximum stroke to fine-tune circuit flow. Two case-drain ports remove internal leakage, and each port is threaded 3/4-16 UNF-2B for SAE hose fittings. System suction and pressure lines attach through a 1-5/8-12 UN-2B inlet and outlet, enabling direct connection to common hydraulic adapters. Power is transmitted by a 6.4 mm square key cut 22.3 mm long that locks the shaft to the drive coupling. Under full-flow conditions at 210 bar the pump generates a noise level of 64 dB(A), supporting compliance with shop-floor sound limits. Acceptable ambient temperatures range from −20 °C to +70 °C, so the pump can start in cold environments and run reliably in warm enclosures.
