The F3PVB15LSWY41CM12 piston pump is manufactured by Vickers as part of the PVB Piston Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic power to automation circuits by converting drive torque into pressurized fluid flow. A geometric displacement of 33.00 cm³ per revolution determines how much oil is delivered with each turn of the shaft. The pressure-compensator control marked CM modulates the swashplate angle to maintain set pressure and prevent excess loading. Because the displacement zone is limited to one side of center, the swashplate tilts in a single direction to simplify regulation. The pump can run safely up to 1800 r/min, and it must be driven anticlockwise to match the internal porting. When operated at maximum speed and pressure it absorbs 29.4 kW, so the prime mover must be rated accordingly. Under those conditions the unit produces a rated flow of 59.4 L/min while the outlet pressure may reach but not exceed 141 bar.

System interfaces are provided through two case-drain ports threaded 3/4-16 UNF-2B to return leakage oil to tank and balance housing pressure. The suction line attaches to an inlet port threaded 1.625-12 UN-2B with an SAE O-ring seal, while the pressure line connects to a matching 1.625-12 UN-2B outlet port for consistent tooling. Inlet pressure must remain below 1.0 bar to avoid aeration at the piston shoes. A 0.25 in square key that is 0.88 in long fits the shaft and transmits torque from the driver without slip. Four mounting bolts with 1/2-13 UNC-2B threads secure the pump to the machine face, and a 4.75 in pilot diameter centers the flange for accurate alignment. These mechanical and hydraulic interfaces complete the installation envelope and allow the pump to integrate into compact automation manifolds.
