The KACG 400 Z M 2 PD7 H1 10 proportional valve belongs to the Proportional Valves series manufactured by Vickers and is intended to modulate hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It attaches to an ISO 4401 Size 03 interface, integrating with compact manifold blocks. Internal circuitry is powered from a 24 V DC supply, and a command range of 0 to ±10 V DC sets the spool position. The coil has a resistance of 7.3 Ω at 20 °C, and a nominal coil current of 1.6 A is needed for full actuation. Drive energy is switched at a 2 kHz PWM frequency to improve dynamic response. Wiring is completed through a 7-pin PD7 plug that carries power, reference, and diagnostics; the diagnostics line provides a monitor output of 0.5 V per ampere for real-time current observation. Under calibrated conditions the valve delivers a rated flow of 1 L/min to downstream actuators.
The unit withstands system pressures up to 350 bar and supports a maximum flow of 5 L/min when fully commanded, making it suitable for medium-pressure circuits. Return oil exits through port T, which is limited to 2 bar during operation and 210 bar when static, preventing back-pressure damage. The assembled mass of 2.1 kg simplifies installation in tight panels without additional bracing. Electromagnetic compatibility is secured by meeting the EN 50081-2 emission requirement and the EN 50082-2 immunity requirement, allowing reliable operation alongside high-frequency drives and switching devices.
