The XT062F30 valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series from Vickers and is intended to keep downstream pressure stable in hydraulic automation loops. It performs a pressure-reducing role so actuators receive controlled pressure levels. Pilot actuation lets a small control flow reposition the spool without significant energy loss. Reversible flow capability allows pressure regulation in either direction when circuit conditions change. The design tolerates inlet pressures up to 2000 psi and passes as much as 30 gpm, supporting medium-capacity machines. Four ports are available to connect supply, regulated outlet, exhaust, and measurement lines.
The non-flange line mounting style enables direct insertion into pipe runs without a sub-plate. Each connection is threaded 3/4 NPT, making it compatible with common hydraulic fittings. Nitrile seals contain mineral oil fluids and help minimize leakage. The housing measures 176.5 mm in length and 79.2 mm in width, giving designers a clear envelope for integration. Continuous service is permitted up to 155 °F, allowing operation near typical reservoir temperatures.
