The XG2V8BW10 is produced by Vickers as part of the Pressure Control Valves series and is used to maintain downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. The valve body is made of cast iron, while Buna-N seals provide compatibility with standard hydraulic oils. Its 1 in interface size combines with an ISO 5781 mounting face for easy integration on common bases. Installation is subplate or manifold mounted to simplify pipework. Pressure is set by a screw with a locknut that prevents unintentional adjustment. The unit can supply a reduced pressure up to 70 bar, provided the system maintains a minimum differential of 20 bar across the valve.
