The XCT062F30 valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series from Vickers and regulates pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. It is pilot operated, allowing a small control flow to modulate the main flow for stable response, and it uses a two-stage design to fine-tune downstream pressure before full relief occurs. System pressure can be adjusted up to 2000 psi by means of a screw with a locknut so settings remain fixed after commissioning. An integral check valve permits reverse flow without disturbing the pressure setting. Rated flow capacity is 114 L/min, giving the unit adequate throughput for medium-size lines, while the body withstands a maximum of 210 bar. Installation is through a 3/4 NPT pipe mount, providing compatibility with common pipe manifolds.
The valve operates with fluids meeting ISO cleanliness code 19/17/14 to protect the pilot passages from contamination and is intended for petroleum oils, matching typical mobile and industrial power units. A 1/4 NPTF gauge port lets technicians read line pressure without additional adapters. There is no electrical connection, so all control actions are purely hydraulic. Nitrile seals contain the working fluid and resist swelling in the specified oil range. Overall dimensions are 162.052 mm in length, 95.250 mm in width, and 176.530 mm in height, enabling compact placement inside machine envelopes while still providing the required performance.
