The RT10A130 pressure control valve is manufactured by Vickers and belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series. It regulates hydraulic pressure in automated circuits. The unit is pilot-operated so the inlet pressure is sensed through a pilot stage that commands the main poppet, and the two-stage layout separates small-signal control from full-flow modulation. Pressure setting is performed with a screw and locknut, allowing technicians to lock the chosen value against vibration. An internal drain returns pilot oil to the inlet line, simplifying plumbing. There is no integral check valve, so reverse flow must be provided by external components. The valve threads directly into a 1 1/4 in NPT pipe port which suits common manifold blocks. It can pass up to 75 US gpm, and it withstands system pressures to 3000 psi without losing stability. The design is intended for petroleum oils and requires a fluid cleanliness level of ISO 4406 class 19/17/14 to maintain reliable operation.

Electrical actuation is not provided, so there are no coils or connectors to wire and the valve functions purely by hydraulic forces. Nitrile seals contain petroleum oil and resist wear. Continuous service is permitted up to 70 °C, beyond which seal life can decrease. The housing measures 282.194 mm in height, 117.602 mm in length, and 107.950 mm in width, dimensions that help designers allocate space inside power units. These proportions leave room for wrench flats during installation. Because the valve lacks auxiliary electrics, enclosure requirements are minimal, and thermal limits are governed mainly by fluid temperature rather than coil heating. The rectangular footprint aligns with standardized mounting plates and keeps the center of gravity close to the pipe run to limit stress.
