The RT06F223 pressure control valve is manufactured by Vickers for the Pressure Control Valves series and is used to regulate hydraulic line pressure in automated machinery. A cast iron body provides structural strength that resists deformation under the 210 bar maximum pressure rating. The design is single stage so it responds directly to inlet pressure without a pilot section, allowing compact installation. An external drain routes pilot oil back to tank to prevent back-pressure from influencing setpoints. Connection is made through a 3/4 in port with NPTF threads, simplifying attachment to standard pipe work. Buna-N seals are fitted to resist common hydraulic fluids and minimize internal leakage.
The valve handles flows up to 114 l/min so it can serve medium-capacity power units without excessive pressure drop. It is intended for systems that use petroleum oils, and the internal passages meet a cleanliness level of 19/17/14 to limit wear in precision components downstream. Operation is reliable from −20 °C to 70 °C, covering typical mobile and industrial ambient conditions. The housing measures 3.47 in in length, 3.75 in in width, and 7.93 in in height, dimensions that fit easily inside manifold blocks or line mounting brackets.
