The RT06D210 pressure control valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation circuits. It is a pilot-operated, two-stage unit that modulates system pressure without continuous manual intervention. The valve handles up to 3000 psi while allowing a maximum flow of 30 gpm, enabling stable regulation in medium-capacity lines. Size 06 geometry keeps the envelope compact and consistent with other modular components. A 3/4 NPT port is provided, and the body is prepared for a 3/4 NPT pipe mount to simplify inline installation. By maintaining the set pressure level internally, the device fulfills the function expected of a pressure control valve in machinery that needs dependable relief or reducing action.
Cast iron construction gives the RT06D210 housing the rigidity needed for shock loads, and an external drain line prevents back-pressure from influencing the set point. Nitrile seals are fitted to keep petroleum oils contained while resisting wear across the specified temperature window. The valve works with fluids filtered to ISO 4406 19/17/14, which minimizes silt accumulation around the throttling elements. Acceptable operating fluid ranges from −4 °F to 158 °F so the device can remain in service in unheated plants or warm return circuits. Its overall height of 201.4 mm allows clearance planning when installed in vertical manifolds. All these characteristics combine to keep the hydraulic loop clean, leak-free, and accurately regulated.
