The RT06B130 pressure control valve is produced by Vickers within the Pressure Control Valves series and is intended to maintain set pressure in hydraulic automation loops. The valve uses pilot-operated actuation so the main spool reacts to a sensed line pressure instead of direct spring force, and a two-stage design improves stability when flow changes. Pressure is set by a screw with a locknut, allowing the user to secure the chosen value against vibration. The unit tolerates system pressures up to 210 bar and passes up to 114 L/min without exceeding its rated drop. Pilot flow returns through an internal drain, removing the need for an external line. A 3/4 inch NPT pipe mount lets technicians thread the valve directly into pipe circuits, and all wetted parts are compatible with petroleum oils used in most hydraulic reservoirs.
To limit wear, the oil supplied to the RT06B130 should meet an ISO 4406 cleanliness code of 19/17/14. The valve functions in ambient fluid temperatures from −20 °C to 70 °C, a range supported by nitrile seals that stay flexible and resist mineral oil swelling. Compact dimensions of 201.422 mm in height, 88.138 mm in length, and 95.250 mm in width help designers allocate space when adding the valve to existing machinery. Because no check valve is built in, reverse flow must be handled by separate circuit components.
