The RG06X230 valve is produced by Vickers for the Pressure Control Valves series and is installed in hydraulic automation loops to keep line pressure at a defined level. It mounts on a subplate or manifold, so piping changes are minimal during maintenance, and its size code 06 footprint matches common CETOP interfaces. The unit uses pilot-operated actuation that directs oil from the main stage to a control chamber, while a two-stage layout separates sensing and throttling tasks for stable pressure regulation. A rated flow capacity of 114 L/min allows the valve to serve medium-duty circuits without excessive pressure loss. Because the design has no integral coils or switches, the electrical connection is listed as none. An external drain line returns pilot oil to tank and prevents back-pressure from influencing the set value.

The valve withstands system pressures up to 210 bar, giving adequate margin for mobile and industrial machines that operate below this ceiling. It remains functional at oil temperatures up to 70 °C, which aligns with typical reservoir limits and protects internal elastomers from heat damage. Petroleum-based hydraulic fluids are specified for compatibility, and the required cleanliness level of 19/17/14 ensures the orifices in the pilot stage do not become obstructed. Nitrile seals contain the working medium and resist swelling in the recommended oil grades.
