The RG06F430 valve is produced by Vickers within the Pressure Control Valves series for automated hydraulic circuits that require dependable pressure limitation. It is pilot operated to provide stable pressure regulation with minimal flow loss, and the two-stage layout lets a small pilot poppet command the main stage for accurate response. Valve size 06 keeps the assembly compact, while a subplate or manifold mounting interface allows quick replacement without pipework changes. An internal drain routes leakage oil back through the mounting surface, eliminating an external hose. The unit passes up to 114 L/min to match medium-capacity pumps, and it tolerates working pressures to 210 bar to protect cylinders and motors from overload. The steel housing measures 91.440 mm in length and 85.598 mm in width so it fits standard NG6 patterns.
Nitrile seals are fitted to contain petroleum oils commonly used in industrial machines, and the cleanliness requirement is 19/17/14, so upstream filtration must limit particle ingress. Reliable service continues at oil temperatures up to 70 °C, enabling continuous duty in warm reservoirs. No internal check valve is provided, so reverse flow must be managed by separate components when necessary. The casting stands 201.422 mm high, offering clearance for adjacent manifold components. As a pressure control element, it holds system pressure at the operator’s set value through the spring-loaded pilot stage.
