The RG06D230 pressure control valve is manufactured by Vickers within the Pressure Control Valves series. It regulates line pressure in hydraulic automation circuits and is pilot operated for stable control under varying flow demands. The two-stage design uses a small pilot section to modulate the main stage and keep pressure below 210 bar. A screw with locknut lets technicians adjust the relief setting while preventing drift. The valve accommodates up to 114 L/min of petroleum oil, matching medium-capacity pump outputs. Subplate or manifold mounting simplifies circuit layout changes and maintenance.
External drainage returns pilot flow directly to tank so backpressure does not alter the set point. The unit requires oil cleanliness of ISO 19/17/14 to protect moving parts, and nitrile seals contain the fluid and resist common additives. There is no internal check valve, so reverse flow control must be provided elsewhere in the system. No electrical connection is included because operation is purely hydraulic. Physical dimensions are 201.422 mm high, 91.440 mm long, and 85.598 mm wide, supporting compact manifold blocks. The valve remains functional with oil temperatures up to 70 °C, maintaining consistent performance in typical industrial environments.
