The RG-03-Z2-20 valve is manufactured by Vickers and belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series. It supports hydraulic automation by keeping circuit pressure at a set value. The unit is manually operated so technicians can override settings directly at the machine. Pressure is tuned through a screw adjustment that covers a 60 to 125 psi range, giving fine control for light industrial systems. A single stage layout simplifies internal flow paths while sustaining stable response. The assembly withstands up to 210 bar working pressure, enabling use on high-duty lines. A flow rating of 45 L/min accommodates moderate pump outputs without excessive pressure drop. An external drain port prevents tank back pressure from influencing the pilot stage, and subplate or manifold mounting lets the valve slip into standardized cavity plates for quick replacement.
As a pressure control valve, the RG-03-Z2-20 regulates downstream pressure even when the supply varies. Hydraulic fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 19/17/14 so the spool and seat do not score. Buna-N seals contain the medium and tolerate common mineral oils found in power units. Operating limits span -20 °C to 70 °C, allowing cold-start performance and resisting heat from continuous duty. The compact housing measures 2.81 in in length, 2.93 in in width, and 7.03 in in height, fitting dense manifold blocks.
