The RCT10F130 pressure control valve is built by Vickers as part of the Pressure Control Valves series. Designed to regulate hydraulic line pressure in automated circuits, it uses pilot-operated actuation in a two-stage arrangement to achieve stable response under varying flow demands. Pressure is adjusted with a screw and locknut so maintenance personnel can set system limits and secure the setting against vibration. An internal drain path returns pilot oil directly to the valve body, and an integrated check valve allows free reverse flow when circuit conditions require it. The unit supports a continuous flow of 284 L/min at a maximum inlet pressure of 210 bar, functions with petroleum-based oils, and attaches through a Size 10, 1-1/4 in NPT pipe mount connection.
Required oil cleanliness is ISO 4406 code 19/17/14, preventing premature wear in the throttling passages. Operation remains within specification up to 70 °C, aided by nitrile seals that resist common mineral fluids. Physical dimensions are confined to a length of 107.950 mm, a width of 147.574 mm, and a height of 282.194 mm, permitting installation inside compact manifold blocks or skid frames. These proportions align with the flow capacity noted earlier and maintain low pressure drop across the valve body.
