The RCT03B223 pressure control valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series from Vickers and regulates system pressure in hydraulic automation. This two-stage, pilot-operated device uses a screw with a locknut for precise pressure adjustment that remains fixed under vibration. An internal drain removes the need for a separate return port, and a maximum flow rating of 45 L/min allows use in medium-capacity circuits. Connection is made through a 3/8 in NPT mounting thread commonly found on manifold blocks, letting the valve integrate quickly into existing piping.
An integral check valve permits free reverse flow to relieve trapped pressure while maintaining forward control. The unit works with petroleum oils, and fluid cleanliness must reach ISO 19/17/14 to keep the pilot passages clear.
