The RCG10FP130 valve is part of the Pressure Control Valves series produced by Vickers for hydraulic automation tasks that require accurate pressure regulation. It uses pilot-operated actuation so a small control flow sets the main stage, reducing energy loss in continuous service. The internal design is two stage, a layout that stabilizes outlet pressure when flow demand varies. A maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi enables the valve to manage high-pressure circuits, while the 75 gpm flow rating supports medium to large actuators. Connection is made through an SAE 20 (1-5/8-12 UN) port, and subplate or manifold mounting permits compact block assembly. The unit is configured for pressure control duties, and an integral check valve passes return flow without disturbing the set pressure.
The valve body is cast iron to resist fatigue and external shock, and nitrile seals retain hydraulic fluid under cycling pressure. An overall length of 4.70 in allows installation in restricted manifolds, and a weight of 28 lb helps damp vibration once bolted in place. The component is intended for use with petroleum oils, and system cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 level 19/17/14 to prevent abrasive wear.
