The RCG10DP110 valve is produced by Vickers for the Pressure Control Valves series and serves as a valve for pressure control in automated hydraulic systems. It regulates line pressure by sensing outlet conditions and throttling flow accordingly. A pilot-operated element supplies stable control even when system demand fluctuates, and the nominal size 10 body provides adequate passage area for medium to large circuits. Ports are threaded SAE 20 (1-5/8-12 UN), so manifold blocks with that cavity can be used without adapters. Subplate or manifold mounting positions the unit directly beneath stack components, reducing hose runs. Rated flow capability is 75 gpm, letting the unit service high-volume pumps without excessive differential loss, while a maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi defines the upper limit the housing and internals can withstand. Pressure is set with a screw and locknut so technicians can adjust the value and lock it against vibration. An integrated check valve permits reverse free flow, protecting actuators during pressure spikes.

For fluid selection, the valve is intended for petroleum-based oils, and nitrile seals are fitted to resist swelling in these media. Filtration should hold cleanliness to ISO 4406 code 19/17/14 so that pilot orifices remain unobstructed during long duty cycles. Operation is fully hydraulic; there is no electrical connection, simplifying wiring and eliminating potential ignition sources in hazardous areas. Ambient and fluid temperatures can range from –20 °C to 70 °C, enabling year-round service in unconditioned plants. These environmental allowances, together with the mechanical and flow characteristics described earlier, allow the unit to maintain reliable pressure regulation for cylinders, motors, and pump discharge lines in stationary or mobile automation where dependable, adjustable control is required.
