The RCG06Z430 pressure control valve is produced by Vickers in the Pressure Control Valves series. It limits system pressure in hydraulic automation loops and suits subplate or manifold mounting. This size 06 model uses pilot-operated, two-stage actuation so the main poppet reacts smoothly to pilot flow and keeps line pressure steady up to 210 bar. When installed on petroleum-oil circuits it passes up to 114 L/min without exceeding its rated drop, making it appropriate for medium-capacity power units. A nitrile seal set isolates internal passages from the environment and retains oil at temperatures up to 70 °C. Pressure is adjusted by a recessed screw fitted with a locknut, permitting stable setpoints once commissioning is finished. An internal drain returns pilot flow directly to the subplate gallery, so no external line is required. A built-in check valve lets reverse flow bypass the control element, enabling bidirectional circuits without extra components. The valve tolerates oil contamination levels up to ISO 19/17/14, ensuring reliable operation when filtration meets common mobile standards. The allowable working temperature ceiling is 70 °C, so heat exchangers must keep the circuit below that limit for long seal life.
