The RCG06Z130 valve is produced by Vickers for the Pressure Control Valves series and provides pressure regulation in hydraulic automation circuits. The valve is manually operated, allowing an operator to change settings without auxiliary power. Pressure is trimmed through a screw adjustment so fine increments can be dialed in during commissioning. A single-stage design keeps response time short and reduces internal complexity. The hydraulic interface matches 3/4 in ports, easing connection to mid-size manifolds. Subplate or manifold mounting positions the valve directly in a control block, minimizing external piping. Cast iron construction gives the body high fatigue strength for repetitive load cycles. An internal drain routes pilot flow back to the tank without extra hoses. The nominal flow capacity is 114 liters per minute so the unit can support medium flow circuits. Set pressure can be chosen anywhere between 60 and 125 psi to suit downstream component requirements.

System limits are defined by a pressure rating of 210 bar, which lets the valve handle typical industrial pump outputs without structural stress. An integrated check valve permits free reverse flow and prevents pressure loss in the controlled line, reducing the need for a separate component. Buna-N seals contain mineral-oil based fluids and maintain elasticity after long exposure to hydraulic oil. Safe operation is maintained down to −20 °C for cold startup conditions and up to 70 °C for elevated reservoir temperatures during continuous duty. These thermal boundaries help preserve seal life and dimensional stability of the cast iron body. Taken together, these features allow the RCG06Z130 to deliver consistent pressure regulation when mounted on machine tools, presses, or test rigs that require dependable hydraulic control.
