The RCG03Z430 pressure control valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series from Vickers and is intended to keep hydraulic systems at a defined pressure level. It is pilot operated, so only a small pilot flow moves the main poppet while the valve handles a rated flow of 45 L/min. The two-stage layout separates sensing and control sections, delivering stable performance up to 140 bar. Pressure is set with a screw and locknut, allowing technicians to secure the adjustment after testing. The unit mounts on subplate or manifold interfaces to streamline assembly in modular power packs. It is intended for petroleum-based fluids that meet ISO 19/17/14 cleanliness to ensure long service life.
An internal check valve lets flow pass in the reverse direction when pressure is relieved, protecting downstream components during unloading cycles. Drainage is internal, so no external drain line is required when the valve is mounted. There is no electrical connection, meaning all control is purely hydraulic and no wiring is necessary. The allowable operating temperature spans from −20 °C to 70 °C, enabling use in both cold start and warm industrial environments. Compact dimensions—71.374 mm in length, 90.424 mm in width, and 178.562 mm in height—simplify manifold layout where space is limited.
