The RCG03D330 pressure control valve belongs to the Pressure Control Valves series and is manufactured by Vickers. Designed to safeguard hydraulic automation circuits, it limits line pressure by allowing excess flow to bypass when settings are reached. The valve is pilot operated, so a small control stream modulates the main spool for precise regulation. Its two-stage layout smooths the transition between closed and open positions to avoid shock. A built-in check valve lets return flow pass freely in the opposite direction, while an external drain keeps pilot pressure low by routing oil directly to tank. It withstands a maximum operating pressure of 2 000 psi, and the adjustable relief setting can be tuned from 250 psi to 1 000 psi for application flexibility.
