The RCG-03-D2-30 valve is part of the Pressure Control Valves series produced by Vickers. It regulates system pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. Actuation is manual, allowing an operator to set pressure locally. The screw-type adjustment mechanism lets maintenance staff fine-tune the setting without special tools. A cast iron body provides mechanical strength for industrial environments. The valve mounts on a subplate or manifold, so it integrates into standardized hydraulic interfaces. It is rated for 210 bar, supplying dependable control up to that system pressure. A nominal flow capacity of 45 L/min supports medium-size actuator groups.
In addition, the RCG-03-D2-30 includes an integrated check valve to permit free flow in one direction while maintaining pressure control in the opposite direction. External drainage prevents back-pressure from influencing set pressure accuracy. The unit is intended for petroleum-based hydraulic oils, matching common power unit fluids. System oil cleanliness must be maintained at ISO 19/17/14 to avoid wear and unstable operation. Buna-N seals contain the fluid and resist oil swelling. Service temperatures range from −20 °C to 70 °C, enabling operation in typical indoor and outdoor machinery.
