The KCG3100DZMUH110 pressure control valve is built by Vickers for the Pressure Control Valves series and is used to maintain set pressure levels in hydraulic automation circuits. Its solenoid-controlled actuation permits electrical switching of the valve, while a 24 VDC coil voltage matches many machine control power supplies. The solenoid is mounted at the B-port end to keep wiring on the same side of a manifold, and the single-stage layout keeps internal flow paths short for quick response. A standard ISO 4401-03 (NFPA D03/CETOP 3/NG06) mounting interface lets the valve bolt directly to common subplates. The assembly tolerates a maximum pressure of 350 bar on working ports and 210 bar on the tank port to fit mid-range power units. The electrical connection uses an ISO 4400 (DIN 43650) form connector so the coil can be replaced without disturbing hard wiring. There is no feedback sensor, meaning position or pressure signals must be taken from external devices when closed-loop control is needed. A manual override is not provided, preventing unintended adjustment during servicing. The valve also lacks onboard electronics, which places signal conditioning duties on the host controller. Viton seals protect against high temperature and chemically aggressive fluids to extend service intervals.
