CG10CV30

The CG10CV30 is manufactured by Vickers as part of the Pressure Control Valves series and serves as a relief valve for hydraulic automation, protecting circuits from excessive pressure. It is subplate mounted so the unit can be removed without disturbing hard plumbing, which minimizes downtime during maintenance. The valve follows size 10 porting, providing flow capacity suited to medium-duty industrial systems. A minimum adjustment pressure of 35 bar (500 psi) lets designers set low standby levels for energy savings, while a maximum adjustment pressure of 140 bar (2000 psi) offers headroom for higher-load conditions without requiring a different valve size.

The housing height measures 170.180 mm (6.700 in), enabling clearance checks when stacking components inside compact manifolds. A length of 163.576 mm (6.440 in) and a width of 133.35 mm (5.250 in) define the mounting envelope so panel layouts can be planned accurately. The inclusion of a hi-vent spring releases trapped air as the valve opens, which improves response time and reduces cavitation during frequent cycling.
