System pressure can be adjusted between 8.5 and 70 bar (125–1000 psi) to match the requirements of various actuators, and the cartridge tolerates continuous service up to 210 bar (3000 psi). The valve measures 159.5 mm in length and 106.4 mm in width, information useful when spacing multiple components on a manifold, and it weighs 5.0 kg (11 lb), light enough for single-person handling during maintenance. A dedicated 7/16-20 UNF-2B gauge port thread permits direct mounting of a pressure gauge for real-time monitoring. Fluorocarbon internal seals withstand chemically aggressive fluids, and the unit remains reliable up to 68 °C (155 °F) fluid temperature. Nitrile mounting surface seals create a leak-free interface between the valve and subplate, preventing external drips even under pressure shocks.
